Welcome to DininginforLess, a new blog which is designed to help hard-pressed families save substantial amounts of money every month - anything between £250 and £400 - and maybe more.
Really - you do not have to spend £80 or more every week on your main meals. This can be reduced to £25 per week, without you having to reduce the amount you eat and without you having to load your shopping trolley with supermarket-brand basics ranges.
By following my shopping list and my recipes, I can help you reduce the money you spend every week on dinners for your family and keep everyone happy, contented and full.

The first thing to do is to be honest with yourself and work out how much you spend on feeding the family. Remember, we are concentrating on the main meal, not breakfasts, snacks and lunches.
If you a part of a family of four, this could work out at anything between £80 and £120 per week. If you are feeding more, then of course this will be higher. I will help you reduce this sum to around £25 a week. It is possible - I know because I am practising what I am preaching - I have already done this.

So if you're a family of eight and your weekly spend is £160 - I will show you how every week you can have an extra £110 in your pocket!
Dininginforless launches next weekend. Take a look at the shopping list and my recipes on the right of this page and prepare to eat for health and wealth.
