1/2 Turkey drumstick
1 1/2 Cups rice
1 onion, chopped
Garlic, clove, chopped
Thyme, sprig
2sp seasoning
1sp cooking oil
1/4 pint water

Method
Wash your rice and place it in a pot with two inches of water. Bring to the boil, then turn the heat right down, put the lid on and allow it to simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
Place oil in a frying pan, then add the meat, followed by the onion, garlic and thyme. Stir fry until everything is golden.
Add the water and cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
Add the vegetables (I used broccoli, cabbage, and some leftover green beans and green pepper) to the meat and cook for a further five minutes.
Stir in the rice, making sure it is well coated with the gravy and serve.
