Chipolata sausages
One onion, chopped
Garlic, clove, chopped
Sprig of thyme
1sp seasoning
2 sp tinned tomato
3 large potatoes
Milk
Butter
Vegetables
1sp cooking oil
Half pint hot water
Method
Wash, prick and dry the potatoes then place them in the microwave to bake for about 12 mins.
Place the oil in the bottom of a pan and heat. Add the sausages and brown them on all sides.
Now add the garlic and onion to the pan and stir in with sausages until they soften.
Add the seasoning and the thyme and the tomato, then pour in the water and cook for 10 minutes or until you are ready.
Prepare your vegetables.
Take the potatoes out from the microwave, scoop out the insides and place into a bowl together with a splash of milk and knob of butter to taste. Mash until light and fluffy.
Serve and enjoy.
