Fish Stew

This meal is designed for vegetarians who opt to eat fish as part of their diet. However, this recipe works as well without the fish. For those vegetarians who do not eat fish, just skip the fish options.

Fish Stew

Ingredients

Fish, one piece of white fish
Potato, half, sliced
Potato, one and a half, chopped
Onion, 1, chopped
Garlic, clove, chopped
Tomato, 1, chopped
Thyme, sprig
Seasoning, 2sp
Red wine, splash
Butter Beans, half tin
Carrot, 1, sliced
Linguini, handful
Savoy Cabbage, 6 leaves, sliced

Method

If you are using fish for this recipe, take it and cut into pieces.

Chop the onions and garlic and fry with the seasoning in a large pan, using 1 sp of cooking oil.

Add the thyme and potato slices, chopped tomato, a splash of wine and half a pint of hot water. Cook vigorously for 20 minutes.

Use a potato masher or spoon to crush down the mixture and cook out for another 10 minutes.

Add your sliced carrots, potato chunks and pasta. Cook for another 10 minutes, adding more water if necessary.

Put in the butter beans, fish, cabbage and cook for five minutes.

Then serve.
