6.1 Monday - Chicken Stir Fry


Chicken stir fry

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs
Onion, chopped
 
Garlic, chopped
Beansprouts
Spring greens, sliced
Stringless beans, sliced
Oyster sauce, packet
2 sp flour
1 sp seasoning
Noodles, pack
Oil

Method

Put a pan of water on to boil. This will be for the noodles. Add enough noodles for four people. Leave it to cook while preparing the rest of the meal.

Cut the chicken off the bone and dice the meat. Place in a bowl and stir in the flour to coat the meat.

Heat a sp of oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes, tossing and stirring the ingredients all the time.

Add the onions and garlic and stir in, cooking for a further two minutes.

Add the seasoning and oyster sauce (add a splash of water if you need to), stir in the sauce and add the spring greens and the beans. Finally, throw in the beansprouts and stir, allowing to cook for another two minutes.

Drain the noodles and add to the meat. Stir together and serve.
